1. Parties This agreement is entered into between Mahindra Legal Services, referred to as “Employer”, and the employee, referred to as “Employee”, for the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions of employment.
2. Employment Terms Employee shall be hired as a legal professional with responsibilities including but not limited to legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing the employer in legal matters.
